This vessel with 12 streams is under construction in CSSC Shanghai Shipyard，it is the first one of this type vessel built in China. The 3D seismic information collection and procedure capacity with 12 streams has been doubled comparing to the vessel with 6 or 8 stream cables. This vessel can proceed with seismic data in the environment with 5th class of sea condition and 3 knots of current. The underwater devices can be delivered and call backed safely in the 5th class sea condition. The vessel can tow with 12 seismic collection streams which is with 8,000 m length separately (the distance between adjacent two cable is 100m), there’re 8 rows of launch guns with double seism source equipped with this vessel.
